Monroe Arts Council is the parent organization for Monroe Singers, Monroe Artists, Monroe Writers (Write Away!) and MC Players. The Council also operates the Monroe Arts & Tourism Center (CVB) at 118 S. Paul St. in Woodsfield, Ohio.

We are a non-profit 501c(3) operated by volunteers and part-time staff.
Community-Driven Programming
Donations and event proceeds are returned to the community through provision of educational opportunities.
